If you received your delivery and you believe an item is missing from your order, please inform us immediately via phone 201-602.9971 or by emailing us at highrisecleanersnj@gmail.com We will do our best to locate your missing item. In the rare case that an item was misplaced, please give us 7 business days to locate your item.
If we are unable to locate your item after 7 business days, we will provide you with up to 15x the cost to clean your garment.
Damaged Clothing:
If you believe your garment was returned to you with damage, please contact us within 48 hours and we will pick the item back up the next service day to see if it can be fixed.
Exceptions to damaged items: Shrinkage, slight fading or thinning from laundering, chipped or cracked buttons, small rips or tears especially on the elbow of shirts. We will do our best to repair any issues that occur.
If we are unable to repair your item, we will provide you with up to 15x the cost to clean your garment.
Any items that need special attention please inform us prior to cleaning. Items that are more than 10x the cost to clean please let us know prior to cleaning if you want to take out additional insurance on the item.
